We will come to your home or place of business and get you up and running. We also provide
pick-up and return when it is more cost-effective to provide service at our
shop.

Computer service time guidelines
- 1-2 hours for upgrades, new installs, and problem-free installations
- 2-4 hours for troubleshooting, depending on the complexity of the problem
- Catastrophic and complex problems, requiring reload and rebuild of
system, are more cost effective if we provide a fixed price pick-up and return service
Printer
service time guidelines
- Most printer service calls are 1 hour or
less
- 98% of printer problems are solved on the
first onsite visit
Be prepared for us when we

- Make a list of all your questions, and prioritize
- Have all your original software installation CD's and key codes available
