We will come to your home or place of business and get you up and running. We also provide
pick-up and return when it is more cost-effective to provide service at our
shop.

- Call or email us to set up an appointment
- Have the make/model/serial#/service tag# of your
equipment
available
Computer service time guidelines
- 1-2 hours for upgrades, printer installs,
wireless installs, and problem-free installations
- 2-3 hours for virus / spyware removal and
repair, or other problem solving
- 3-4 hours for new computer setups, including
data transfer from old computer, networking,
installing / configuring applications, and
testing
- There are some situations where the problem
is too severe or time consuming for on-site
repairs; during these situations the repair tech
will discuss the most cost effective options for
repair
Printer
service time guidelines
- Most printer service calls are 1 hour or
less
- 98% of printer problems are solved on the
first onsite visit
Be prepared for us when we
arrive
- Make a list of all your questions, and prioritize
- Have all your original software installation CD's and key codes available
