If you have a computer, network, or printer problem, or need new equipment installation,   Davcoh is just a phone call away.

We will come to your home or place of business and get you up and running.

We also provide pick-up and return when it is more cost-effective to provide service at our shop.


  Offerings Terms, Policies, & Pricing Scheduling Service  


Computers and Networking

    $120 per hour for labor


    Minimum one hour labor charge

    Billing in full hour increments after the 1st hour

    All service is hourly, unless fixed price is agreed upon prior


HP Printer Repair and Maintenance

    B&W Laser - $135 flat labor charge per incident per printer, plus parts

    Color Laser - $150 flat labor charge per incident per printer, plus parts

    Multi-Function (MFP) Laser - $150 flat labor charge per incident per printer, plus parts


    98% of printer problems are solved on the first visit

    We stock the most commonly needed parts in our service van



    No travel charge within a 15 mile radius of Newton, MA   

    Parking expenses, if incurred, are billed to customer

Payable at time of service

No billing, no credit

No warranty service


Return Policy

Because all items sold are specifically ordered for the customer, Davcoh cannot accept returns of any items for exchange, replacement or credit for any reason.

Defective and DOA (dead on arrival) product must be reported to Davcoh within 5 days of receipt. The product will be repaired or replaced according to the manufacturers warranty.

All parts sold have 90 day warranty, unless otherwise stated on invoice.

All HP Laser Printer parts have 90 day manufacturer's warranty.  HP Warranty

Davcoh adheres to all manufacturer warranty and return policies. All product returns must be processed with a Return Authorization Number (R.A.#). No returns, of any type, will be accepted without an R.A. #.

R.A.'s issued by Davcoh are valid for 5 days only and product must be returned to Davcoh within this timeframe. R.A.'s cannot be extended or re-issued.

Authorization and Release

You will be asked to sign an Authorization and Release Form at the start of service.

This provides Davcoh the authorization to work on your equipment, and ensures both you and Davcoh agree on the pricing, terms, and conditions of service.
