Return Policy
Because all items sold are
specifically ordered for the customer, Davcoh cannot accept returns
of any items for exchange, replacement or credit for any reason.
Defective and DOA (dead on arrival) product must be reported to Davcoh
within 5 days of receipt. The product will be repaired or replaced according to the manufacturers warranty.
All
parts sold have 90 day warranty, unless otherwise
stated on invoice.

HP Laser Printer parts have 90 day
manufacturer's warranty.
HP Warranty
Davcoh adheres to all manufacturer warranty and return policies. All
product returns must be processed with a Return Authorization Number (R.A.#).
No returns, of any type, will be accepted without an R.A. #.
R.A.'s issued by Davcoh are valid for 5 days only and product must be
returned to Davcoh within this timeframe. R.A.'s cannot be extended or
re-issued.
Authorization and Release
You will be asked to sign an Authorization and Release Form at the start
of service.
This provides Davcoh the authorization to work on your
equipment, and
ensures both you and Davcoh agree on the pricing, terms, and conditions of service.
